Free shipping is available on orders over $60 to most countries such as the United States, Canada and Australia. Orders below $60 have a $20 shipping fee.

Preparation takes 1–2 weeks. Delivery time is preparation plus shipping time.

Estimated shipping times are DPD at about 2 weeks, expedited express for small pieces at 1–2 weeks and EMS for big but light products at 2–4 weeks.

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use it to check delivery updates at 17track.net.

Contact support promptly with your order reference. The Refund & Return Policy provides for free cancellation within 24 hours; shipped orders cannot be canceled. Read the full conditions and charges.

Eligible returns may be requested within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and complete with accessories. Custom products, accessories and bulk orders of three or more identical items are excluded. Return shipping and restocking fees may apply. Contact support before sending anything back and read the return conditions.
